]]>In this week's blog, we're going over Hunter Labrada's "Perfect Rice 'N Grinds" recipe! He has perfected this tried and true technique after consuming thousands of bowls of this stuff (no, he's not kidding).
Step 1: Throw away your orange box. Apart from it not being really really really not tasty compared to some of the options out there, there are health risks that include very high amounts of iron. So which should you eat?
Our Rice 'N Grinds is a great option! "It's really really tasty and has way less iron in it, so for people who eat a lot, it's perfect!"
Step 2: "There is a formula to make the perfect Rice 'N Grinds and it has everything to do with your rice-to-water ratio. You need to use 3.4g of water for 1g of dry rice."
In this example, Hunter had 100 grams of Rice 'N Grinds so he used 340 grams of water. Now just stir it up and toss it in the microwave!
Step 3: Time to cook! If you're cooking 80 grams or less, cook for 2 minutes and if you're cooking 80 grams or more, cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4: After the first cook is done, give it a quick stir and cook for the second time (another 2-3 minutes, same rule applies).
Step 5: Your cereal is ready to eat after letting it cool down for a minute or two. Hunter likes to add whey protein into his bowl, however he notes that different brands work very differently. Of course, he reps Labrada's Hydro which works beautifully with Rice 'N Grinds.
"It'll look like a hot mess at first but you just have to be persistent with stirring and adding small amounts of water until your liking of texture. Remember, you can always add more water in, but you can't take any out. At this point it comes down to preference - experiment and find your perfect consistency."
"And there you go, a ready to rock and roll bowl of Rice 'N Grinds."
When it comes to toppings, the only limit is really your creativity! Hunter is a big fan of honey, almond butter and frozen fruit.
When using our Unflavored or Taco RNG, you can go full savory as well!
Stay tuned for more recipes from us in the future.

Shoutout DFW had the good fortune of connecting with Shaun Vasquez and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Shaun, as a parent, what have you done for you children that you feel has had the most significant impact?
That is such a difficult question if one is to give just one answer. For me and my wife, we feel that its a few things that create such an environment that allows our daughter to grow strong, independent and be the hero of her own life. Those are; Get out of her way. Do not helicopter parent, baby her or do everything for her. Which leads me to the next, be patient with her. Allow her time to learn, process, be frustrated, happy etc. Give her space and time if she needs it. And lastly, the most important and difficult at times. Is to understand they are largely learning by watching their parents. We must lead by example with our words, actions and how we carry ourselves.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
So my wife and I started Pride Foods 3 years ago. We launched the first and only flavored & Organic Cream of Rice (hot cereal) in the world. Initially what set us apart from others is we were the trailblazers in this category. And we set the bar extremely high. Essentially, I wanted to make the product so good with quality ingredients and amazing taste. That the only thing someone could do different than us was to make it “cheaper” with less quality ingredients. And we did just that. That product has grown tremendously and we are getting ready to launch 3 completely new products this summer! So stay tuned!
How did I get where we are today?
Who knows ha ha ha. It was not easy. But it has been really fun. Despite the past 2 years causing some inventory delays. Its been a huge learning experience for me. This situation has allowed me to learn how to manage some of my weaknesses as a business owner and leader. Patience and resolve being two of the most important. I would have to say the biggest reason we are where we are today is because we have not let fear cripple us and we have pursued despite not having all the answers. Being resourceful and willing to suck at something in order to become a master at it is extremely beneficial.
Overcoming challenges has been the name of the game for the past 2 years. And I’m sure that trend will continue. The best thing I have done to help with that is invest in myself. From mentor groups, audio books, programs, educating myself and so on. Essentially, gaining more tools and organizing the ones I already have so that I can approach different situations with the proper tool in hand.
Lessons learned along the way?
Have fun, treat everyone with respect.
Treat your employees well and be there for them.
Tell the truth.
Be open with your customers.
Lead from the front but also let your employees take the lead roll from time to time and allow them to fail and learn.
Be patient but be aggressive.
We are young. Learning as we grow. But we are proud to providing quality food that taste great for people and families everywhere. Proud to be American and have our products Made in America.
Food for Performance. Food for Your Family. Food for Life.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
So we would probably start most days with some personal time.
Early wake up
Coffee
Light cardio
Sauna
Ice bath
More coffee! Haha
I’m a home body.
We would be doing a lot of things out at the house ha ha but if we had to go into town I love a good steak house or organic type restaurant like True Foods. My preference would be to go hang out at the lake, beach or cabin away from the city lights! Anything outdoor gets my vote.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
The biggest shoutout I need to give is to my wife. Sounds corny, I know. But the truth of it is I don’t have a textbook story where I was taught the tools necessary to be in the position I am right now. When we first met, self confidence and direction as to what I wanted or could do were no where in sight. You could say I was a bit lost. And my lifestyle at the time reflected that as well. Given her background as a lifelong competitive gymnast and now competing for The University of Oklahoma, we were polar opposites. Watching her dedication, work ethic and discipline to her craft helped give way to realizing what we are all capable of doing, IF we are willing to work for it.
After the realization of what I could pursue, she has always supported whatever I wanted to pursue 100%. Regardless of the strain it may have caused on our relationship, schedule, finances and so on. She was the first person in my life that has a been there, no matter what. And despite any chaos, has always been by my side. I am very fortunate and grateful to have her in my life.

Whoa now! Simmer down. I know you may be a little hesitant to focus on carbohydrates in your nutrition plan. For some reason, carbohydrates were part of cancel culture before cancel culture was even a thing. If you talk about carbohydrates or tell someone that your nutrition plan contains a moderate or high amount, you’ll get a swarm of people ganging up on you, ready to kick you into the bottomless pit and scream, “This is Sparta!”
But why?
Unfortunately, quite a few people are part of an anti-carb cult and don’t truly understand the benefits of carbohydrates. Many believe that the only way to enhance weight loss is to eliminate carbohydrates — but that isn’t necessary.
When you look at the various macronutrient options (protein, carbohydrates, and fat), each of them serves a very important purpose in the body. While some may argue that you can get away with eliminating carbohydrates and replacing them with fat, it may not be the best or most ideal option for you.
In this article, we will look at the many benefits of carbohydrates and why you should make them a priority in your nutrition plan — no different from how much emphasis you probably put on your protein intake.
Let’s dive in!
Below, you will find a list of the many benefits of carbohydrates and why they need to be included as part of your well-balanced nutrition plan. Carbohydrates are not the enemy. The only enemy is those who are ill-informed on the topic.
Now, wait a minute! I thought people were screaming from the mountaintop that carbohydrates are the reason for weight gain? How could one of the benefits of carbohydrates be that they can aid in weight management? Well, it can!
Here’s the truth… Not all carbohydrates are bad. The ones you should try to stay away from are simple carbohydrates and sugars (with the exception being fruit). These will cause an immediate spike in blood sugar and tend to not have the most ideal health benefits.
Focus on complex carbohydrates to help fuel your body (provide you with adequate energy to get through workouts and allow you to live a more active lifestyle) while also helping you feel more satiated throughout the day and helping prevent you from going into a caloric surplus. The less your body is causing insulin to spike, the less it will signal for your body to start storing fat.
It should also be noted and explained for those in the back that consuming carbohydrates isn’t the reason for people experiencing weight gain. Weight gain comes from putting yourself in a caloric surplus, which takes into account everything you eat on a daily basis. Just because you had white rice in one of your meals doesn’t mean that carb source is going to cause you to wake up tomorrow and see the number on the scale jump up.
Do you want to build more lean muscle mass? If so, it’s one of the benefits of carbohydrates. Muscle mass not only enhances your physique but also burns more calories throughout the day without you needing to do anything. This aligns with what was mentioned in #1 and helps you more easily manage your weight.
Carbohydrates provide glycogen to the muscles, which is converted into ATP (an energy source) to help amplify your workouts and allow you to push harder and further in the gym.
As mentioned in #2, one of the benefits of carbohydrates is that it provides the body with a usable energy source. Carbohydrates are metabolized into glucose which aids in our everyday functioning, such as walking, movement, exercise, breathing, everything!
When your body doesn’t have enough carbohydrates (glucose), you may feel tired, lethargic, and may even suffer from brain fog — which leads us to our next benefit.
If you haven’t caught on yet, just about each of the benefits of carbohydrates go hand-in-hand with the other benefits and create compounding effects. When carbohydrates are broken down into glucose, they can get transported to the brain. Your brain demands glucose since glucose cannot be stored in the brain.
When glucose is not supplied to the brain in adequate amounts, you may experience brain fog, a reduction in focus, a lapse in memory, and even a decrease in learning capabilities.
Who doesn’t love eating carbohydrates? They make you feel happy, right? Well, there’s a reason for that. Most of the carbs you consume daily contain the amino acid L-tryptophan. This amino acid produces a “feel good” neurotransmitter, serotonin.
Those who follow a low-carb or no-carb diet may find they feel more anxious, depressed, or angry due to tryptophan and serotonin levels not being optimized.
So, what did we learn today? Hopefully, the information presented above gave you a better idea of what you can expect and the benefits of carbohydrates. Carbs are not the enemy and shouldn’t be treated like the red-headed stepchild of the macronutrient family.
With that being said, be conscious of the source of carbohydrates that you’re putting into your body. On top of utilizing complex carbohydrates to your advantage and getting all the benefits of carbohydrates, why not satisfy your cravings with a delicious flavor of Rice ‘N Grinds? With flavors like Taco, Creamy Peanut Butter, Blueberry Muffin, Maple Waffle, and more, your tastebuds will never get bored. Check out all the flavors we have to offer!
]]>Grab your popcorn because we are going to get geeky with some (actual) science about carbohydrates!
You’re not going to eat a single item in your diet and gain weight from it. You’re just not. This is one of the worst misconceptions about carbs that’s out there. Weight gain comes from putting yourself in a caloric surplus. You’d have to eat over your maintenance for that to happen. So, a better question would be (if you’re gaining weight), “What are you actually eating throughout the day?”
Now, you might see a bunch of articles out there on the internet that say a keto or low-carb diet is the best way to lose weight. However, if you look at the research, those diets result in the same weight loss potential as those that aren’t restricting carbs.
If losing weight is your goal, don’t be afraid of consuming carbohydrates.
Sure, a low-carb diet can assist you in losing weight, but it’s leading into another of the misconceptions about carbs that far too many people believe. It’s not an inaccurate statement that going low carb can induce weight loss, but why would you want to cut back on carbs? Carbs are delicious!
Again, I want to reiterate that the studies out there show that a low-carb diet and a diet that isn’t restrictive of carbs can result in both diets increasing weight loss.
How many times were you told that a carb-heavy meal, like a bowl of pasta, is going to make you sluggish after you eat it? More times than you care to remember, right? And that being sluggish isn’t conducive to losing weight. Well, this is, yet again, another one of the misconceptions about carbs that is debunked by science.
A study was done looking at the effect of a meal and how it played a role in sleepiness. What it found was that the overall volume of the meal, the protein, and the salt content all played a more significant role than carbs.
If your focus is losing weight, do you want to be able to push through a grueling workout or tap out early and go home? You’d want to finish strong so that you’re burning as many calories as possible, no? This is one of the misconceptions about carbs that just doesn’t make sense, nor is it supported by science.
Carbohydrates consumed around two hours before a workout can not only help boost energy levels when training but it can also improve performance. If you’re training hard in the gym, the last thing you want to do is cut back on your carbohydrates.
You shouldn’t eat carbs at night, or they will get stored as fat! These misconceptions about carbs get worse and worse as we move through this list. Many people believe this myth and that losing weight involves giving up carbs before bed. This isn’t accurate.
It doesn’t matter if it’s 8am or 8pm, your body is going to break down and process carbohydrates the exact same way. It’s not like 5pm rolls around, and your metabolism punches the clock for the day and is “Netflixing and Chilling” until 8am the following day. There is zero evidence out there that shows this misconception has any truth to it.
Protein is great! In fact, if losing weight is what you’re trying to accomplish, you want to have as much muscle mass as possible. When dieting, you risk burning lean muscle tissue, which can actually slow down your metabolism. Therefore, muscle preservation should be a priority. The more lean muscle mass you have, the more energy that is required, and therefore it burns more calories — even while at rest!
But saying that protein is the end all be all is not true for weight loss and makes for another one of our misconceptions about carbs. There are two studies we can focus on here.
One study in Cell Reports found that even a low-protein and high-carb diet can help improve metabolic health.
Another study from the researchers at Weill Cornell Medical College found that combining protein and carbs can help the body better process sugars and manage insulin.
Blood sugar at the hands of carbohydrates has been part of the discussion for years. With the media and internet touting carbs as a way to spike blood sugar, many swore off carbs to better manage their insulin levels. But should they have?
Research in the Nutrition Journal found that a high-carb, high-fiber diet can lower blood sugar, lower blood pressure, and aid in losing weight. Huh… ya don’t say? These misconceptions about carbs are what’s causing people to form a phobia. At the end of the day, the right type of carbs can help provide sustainable energy levels while also stabilizing blood sugar.
Note: If you have diabetes, you clearly want to pay attention to your carb intake and follow your doctor's orders.
So, there you have it. Seven misconceptions about carbohydrates that you can put to bed once and for all. If your goal is losing weight, you don’t need to shy away from carbs. In fact, I give you permission to place another order of your favorite Rice ‘N Grinds flavor. You can thank me later!

When it comes to fueling your body, you demand the best, right? After all, if you owned a Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport, you wouldn’t dare put in 87 octane gas, or your performance would greatly suffer, not to mention it could damage the engine itself. Instead, you’d want to run the best premium fuel you could find. The last thing you’d want is a $3.6M sports car that lacks in the performance department and performs like a Honda Civic. That’s the same philosophy Pride Foods uses with Rice ‘N Grinds. We refuse to compromise when it comes to your health and performance.

That’s the same philosophy Pride Foods uses with Rice ‘N Grinds. We refuse to compromise when it comes to your health and performance.
Your body works like a well-oiled machine, and when you put junk into your body, it can’t function optimally, and your performance will suffer. That doesn’t just mean physical performance like what is required for workouts in the gym, it also means mental performance, which could cause you to lose focus, cognition, clarity, and concentration. Ultimately, making you less productive throughout the day (this could cause several issues for you at work as well as in school).
Pride Foods wants you running on all cylinders and getting the most out of your day. Therefore, they created the ultimate hot rice cereal to fuel your mind and body – helping to keep your performance and functioning optimized.
There are plenty of brands out there who throw everything into their formulas just to make it seem like they are checking off every box you’d ever need. However, the majority of those formulas are fairy-dusted and don’t genuinely provide you with any true benefit at all. Not only that, but their ingredient list is so long that no one wants to read it, and it allows these companies to slip in some unhealthy (and less expensive and inferior) ingredients to help pad their margins. None of this is true or the case with Pride Foods.
When you purchase a product from Pride Foods, you expect quality – and that’s precisely what you get each and every time. The ingredients listed are ones you can not only pronounce, but there’s only around a handful of ingredients used.
Organic granulated rice powder, organic cane sugar, pink Himalayan sea salt, natural flavors, and monk fruit extract, you get the highest quality ingredients in each package. 100% natural ingredients, non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, vegan-friendly, and includes zero artificial sweeteners – you simply can’t beat Pride Foods Rice ‘N Grinds.
You can feel good knowing your rice is free of pesticides and potentially harmful additives. Organic granulated white rice is easy to digest and helps fuel your body for the day.
Athletes can benefit from replenishing muscle glycogen stores through this ingredient. By replenishing glycogen, you can improve recovery, and it allows you the ability to get back into the gym to train sooner or recover faster between athletic events – so you can go out and perform at the highest level possible.
The everyday non-athlete may notice some improvements through the use of organic granulated white rice as well. Through its consumption, they may experience an increase in energy and productivity throughout the day. They may even experience better digestibility and fewer GI issues when compared to other breakfast options.
Additionally, organic granulated white rice can add volume to your meal, which can help you feel satiated longer and decrease your risk of cravings throughout the day. This may allow you to better manage your daily caloric intake and help prevent you from overeating.
Sugar gets a bad rap because all sources are, unfortunately, all lumped into one category. Organic cane sugar isn’t your standard table sugar you find used when people are baking or that’s being put into various cereals and products on the market. Organic cane sugar is a high-quality sugar that is produced from organically grown sugarcane.
While refined sugar is made up of glucose and sucrose, organic cane sugar contains many helpful vitamins and minerals as well as amino acids to help promote health. Organic cane sugar is free from pesticides and harsh chemicals that can be considered unhealthy.
When you compare the various sugars available, not only is organic cane sugar a healthier option, but it has also been said to have a much better flavor profile as well. Using this ingredient helps sweeten up Rice ‘N Grinds and leave it resembling the taste of a delectable dessert.
Salt is a mineral that (like sugar) is demonized by many communities. Too much of it can cause many health issues, etc. However, pink Himalayan sea salt is an unrefined ingredient that does not contain any additives or go through any harsh processes that involve chemicals.
There are more than 80 different minerals and trace elements found in pink Himalayan sea salt, which sets it apart from your standard table salt.
Potassium, magnesium, iron, and (obviously) sodium are some of the key components that can provide you with many health and performance benefits. Pink Himalayan sea salt can help keep the body hydrated by balancing fluid levels, may help the thyroid function optimally, can aid in digestion, supports the absorption of nutrients into our cells, and is required to help improve muscle contraction and nerve activity.
If you’ve ever poured table sugar directly into your mouth, you know exactly how sweet that is. Now, imagine something over 200 times sweeter – that’s monk fruit extract. The saying, “A little goes a long way,” is absolutely true with this powerful ingredient.
Unlike artificial sweeteners that claim to be sweeter than table sugar, this natural sweetener skips all of the potential side effects from artificial sweeteners and provides you with many health benefits on top of its ability to improve the flavor of whatever you add it to.
Monk fruit extract doesn’t increase blood sugar as standard sugar does. It also does not provide you with any additional calories, carbs, or fat, making it a perfect ingredient for those looking to improve their weight loss results or watch their caloric intake. Additionally, monk fruit extract contains anti-inflammatory properties to help fight inflammation in the body as well as helping to boost the immune system.
It is known that various dyes and colors added to the products you consume can have some major health risks to not only you but also children. Pride Foods refuses to compromise on quality and their commitment to provide you with the highest quality product possible. For that reason, you will find ONLY natural coloring in the various Rice ‘N Grinds flavors.
For instance, you may find ingredients like spirulina and beet root added to the ingredient list. These artificial color substitutes are added to provide the product with not only natural coloring but also the added health benefits that come from these specific healthy ingredients.
We have all sacrificed so much in our lives that it’s time you put your health first for once. None of us are any good if we aren’t healthy and cannot take care of those around us – which includes our loved ones, family, and children. Best of all, not only will you love the taste of Rice ‘N Grinds, but kids love it too!
It can be a challenge to find something that the whole family will love and enjoy. Pride Foods is honored to provide you with something you can feel good about giving your kids to help fuel their day and help provide them with the nutrients needed to support their performance in school and out.
From our family to yours, we take great PRIDE in supplying families around the nation with a quality hot cereal solution that can start your day on the right foot.

In many parts of the world, especially Asian countries, a meal is considered incomplete without rice. Rice, which is one of the most consumed food items in the world, is slowly taking a different route. In recent times, people are eliminating rice from their meals due to the use of chemicals applied to the rice and even plastic found mixed in with the rice.
People have started to look for alternatives to conventional white rice, and one of them is organic white rice.
Nowadays, people are well aware of the word “organic” as almost every food item is taking the organic route. In the same way, organic white rice is pesticide-free, fresh, and natural. It is a much healthier option than conventional white rice.
Conventional white rice can use more than 40 different types of pesticides and herbicides to take care of weeds and insects on a farm. Some of these agents contain toxic chemicals such as piperonyl butoxide, carbaryl, glyphosate, atrazine, and malathion that can be dangerous for human consumption.
Then, on the other hand, you have organic white rice, which uses environmentally friendly products to help improve soil health and minimize nutrient run-off – all while helping eliminate all of the harmful pesticides and herbicides associated with conventional white rice.
In addition to that, the organic white rice industry has been doing extensive research and studies to find out methods to decrease the level of contaminants found in organic rice.
Organic farming is one of the earliest methods of cultivation, where farmers do not use any chemical fertilizers. People have now realized the importance of organic farming and how it can help preserve our health and protect the nutrients found in the product itself.

Rice is one of the most important parts of a diet for many people all around the world. The two primary types of rice are white rice and brown rice. Both of them technically come from the same grain, but white rice goes through a different processing procedure when compared to brown rice.
Brown rice can be considered as more nutritional and a recommended food that may improve eating habits as well as overall health. However, many athletes follow a different nutrition plan when compared to the general population, and that’s where white rice can be very advantageous.
Consuming white rice as a main carbohydrate source for athletes comes down to a matter of replenishing glycogen levels and helping to provide quick bursts of energy. This is helpful for those who are resistance training as well as endurance athletes as well. Athletes generally do not try to lose weight – most are looking to enhance their lean muscle mass. Therefore, athletes require a lot of carbs to fuel the requirements put on their bodies.
When you are engaging in intense workouts, the glycogen stores in your body can quickly become depleted. Hence, eating the right carbohydrates is extremely important to recharge and restore your body’s fuel storage with more glycogen.
Athletes and fitness enthusiasts know the high glycemic value present in white rice that provides them the quick surge of energy necessary for intense workout sessions as well as the ability to help improve muscle recovery.
It is also imperative to understand one of the main drawbacks to consuming something like brown rice. Brown rice and various whole grains contain phytic acid. Phytic acid is an anti-nutrient that binds to essential minerals our body needs such as zinc, calcium, iron, and magnesium, and can prevent our body from adequately absorbing them.
Phytic acid is located in the bran of the grain. The processing of white rice removes the bran. It is probably the only time where refining food potentially has a benefit.
Pride Foods uses organic white rice in every bag of Rice N'Grinds. Only the best for our customers. Choose from one of our great tasting flavors or the popular unflavored.

When you hear carbohydrates arise in conversations, it generally has a negative connotation. Want to lose weight? What do they recommend? Cutting carbs. But why? Are carbohydrates really that bad, or are they simply misunderstood?
When it comes to energy production and replenishing glycogen levels, carbohydrates can be extremely important. For those who are fitness enthusiasts or athletes, carbohydrates are necessary to help your body perform at optimal levels and maintain that level of performance over an extended duration.
For many, white rice is an extremely common source of carbohydrates and very easy to prepare. While carbohydrates can be consumed with each meal, you have the ability to play with how many grams you want to consume.
Timing your larger carbohydrate meals around your workouts would be a great plan. Not only can the carbohydrates help improve your training and workouts when consumed as a pre-workout meal, but post-workout can also help speed up recovery.
"I've never met a carb I didn't like" is a common sentiment you may hear quite often. The fact is, they're delicious – it's hard to deny that. The issue arises, and where it becomes a villain is when they are overconsumed. When you consume too many carbs and fill your glycogen stores, it can cause your body to convert the remaining carbohydrates into fat and store it. This is where carbohydrates get a bad rap.
Consuming too many carbohydrates throughout the day could put you in a caloric surplus and cause you to gain body fat (but yet, the same thing could be said about ALL macronutrients). Many assume it is the carbohydrates' fault, versus the total management of calories in versus calories out daily.
Many diets want you to lower your carbohydrate intake or eliminate them altogether. That is absolutely crazy! While you can live off of just protein and fat, you have the ability to improve both physical and mental performance by including carbohydrates in your meals. Not to mention, who doesn't enjoy carbohydrates? Can you honestly say for as long as you live, you'd never eat another carb? No, almost everyone would fail on that diet.
Don't look at carbohydrates as being evil – they aren't. Utilize them and work them around when you're going to need improvements in mental and physical energy (such as during the day). If you wanted to cut back on carbs, do it at night when you are more sedentary and less active.
If you want a delicious, 100% natural, gluten-free, soy-free, and vegan-friendly carbohydrate source, look no further than Pride Foods Rice' N Grinds. Ingredients:
Crumble:
Frosting Drizzle:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly spray 9x5 loaf pan or 8x8 glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk wet ingredients: egg, egg whites, vanilla extract and greek yogurt. Add in dry ingredients: salt, brown sugar, quick oats, Rice n’ Grinds, and protein powder. Alternate adding milk and stir to combine. Set aside while you make the crumble.
In a small bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon, mashing with a fork and cutting in pieces until it resembles a crumble.
Pour half of the batter into prepared pan and spread crumble on top then pour remaining batter on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until just set. (It’s ok if the middle is slightly soft, it will continue to set up as you let it cool).
While it’s baking, prepare protein frosting drizzle. In a small bowl, combine greek yogurt and protein powder. Add 1 T. liquid at a time until it reaches a consistency where it will drizzle over oatmeal bake. Once it’s done cooking remove from oven and let cool slight then drizzle over protein frosting.

To ensure the food you eat is being properly broken down we included the Plant Enzyme Blend and the Probiotic Blend. Our Probiotic Blend contains over 1 Billion CFU’s (colony-forming units) from 10 different strains of bacteria to aid in the absorption of the nutrients being extracted from the food.
