If you are dissatisfied with a Product for any reason, please contact us at info@pridefoods.org within five (5) days of the date you received the Product and we will either replace the Product at our expense or, depending on the circumstances, provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item. You will be responsible for the return shipping for all returned items. Only unopened and unused items in the same condition in which they were received are eligible for a refund. Items purchased on a sale or clearance price or purchased with a discount or coupon code are not eligible for a refund.
